By making a reservation payment, you agree to the terms of this Policy, which are compliant with applicable consumer protection laws, including those in the United Arab Emirates where relevant.

2. Reservation Fee Refund Eligibility

  • Reservation fees are refundable upon written cancellation confirmation issued by Oasis Land Development Ltd.
  • Refunds apply solely to the reservation fee; any other payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Requests must be made within a reasonable time, typically within 14 days of the original payment, in line with best practice under UAE e-commerce guidance.

3. Refund Processing Time & Method

  • Once a cancellation is confirmed, refunds will be processed within seven (7) working days..

  • All refunds will be made via Stripe to the original payment method.

  • Refunds cannot be processed via alternative methods such as bank transfers, cash, or cheque.

  • Please note: the time for funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your card issuer.

4. How to Request a Cancellation & Refund

To initiate a cancellation and refund, you must:

  • Upon confirmation, we will initiate the refund within seven (7) working days.

    If you do not receive confirmation within a reasonable time, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us directly.
