The price you see is the price you pay — no interest, no hidden fees, no banks involved. You choose your deposit and term up to 72 months (6 years), and your monthly payment is fixed for the entire plan.

How the 0% interest payment plan works

The plan is simple and direct from the developer:

  • $250 USD reservation fee — fully refundable, holds the lot for 10 days while you complete due diligence
  • Customisable deposit — choose the deposit amount that suits you, including no-deposit options on selected lots
  • Up to 72 fixed monthly payments — the same amount every month for the full term
  • 0% interest, guaranteed — the price on the listing is the total price you pay across the plan
  • No third-party banks, no credit checks — financed directly by Oasis Land Development Limited

Oasis Land Development is the developer — not a broker. Because we own the land we sell, we can offer the payment plan directly. We have used this model successfully since 2008 across more than 1,000 freehold land sales.

Acceptable payment methods

  • Reservation fee ($250): credit card or bank transfer via secure Stripe
  • Deposit: bank transfer, standing order, or Wise
  • Monthly instalments: bank transfer, standing order, or Wise

Caymanian buyers can pay from a CI$ account at the standard CI$1.00 = US$1.25 conversion rate. International buyers typically pay in USD; we accept payments from any major banking jurisdiction.

What happens at the end of the plan?

When the final monthly payment clears, the freehold title is formally transferred into your name at the Cayman Islands Land Registry. At this point, the one-time acquisition costs become due:

  • Government stamp duty — typically 7.5% of purchase price (10% on purchases at or above CI$2 million from 1 January 2026, per The Stamp Duty (Rates of Duty) (No. 2) Regulations, 2025)
  • Legal administration fee — $1,520 USD, one-time, covering Land Registry registration and delivery of your title deed

What if I want to pay it off early?

You can settle the remaining balance at any time. There is no early-repayment penalty. Once the balance is cleared, the title transfer process begins immediately.
