Services and cookies we use

  • Klaviyo (email marketing and on-site tracking, third party): loads only with marketing consent; a bridge links your Klaviyo profile identifier to your Clarity session so our team can support you. Lifetime: see provider policy.
  • Meta Pixel and Conversions API (advertising, third party): with marketing consent our site sets the _fbp and _fbc cookies (first party, up to 90 days) so campaign performance can be measured. Meta, Google, TikTok and X pixels installed through Shopify honour the same consent choice.
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (analytics, third party): not loaded by our theme directly; where they are installed through Shopify’s Google channel they load only with analytics consent. Lifetime: see provider policy.
  • Calendly (scheduling, third party): loads only when you open the call-booking widget. Lifetime: see provider policy.
  • YouTube (embedded video, third party): background and embedded videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode where possible; YouTube may set cookies once you play a video. Lifetime: see provider policy.
  • CloudTalk (telephony, third party): powers our call-back and live line-status features. Lifetime: see provider policy.
  • Oasis chatbot (customer service, a first-party service hosted for us): stores an anonymous conversation identifier and, if you share it, your email address in your browser (oasis_anonymous_id and oasis_known_email, kept until you clear site data; oasis_idt_session for the current session).
  • DocuSign (e-signature, third party): used to sign purchase agreements. Lifetime: see provider policy.
  • ID Pal and World Compliance (identity verification, third party): may be used for identity and anti-money-laundering checks during a purchase.
