This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which Oasis Land Development Ltd (“Oasis Land Development,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes refunds for reservation fees paid through our Website and any subdomains, https://www.oasis-land.com (the "Website").
By making a reservation payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this Policy.
The reservation fee is a non-binding expression of interest and does not constitute a contract for the purchase of freehold building land.
2. Reservation Fee Refund Eligibility
Reservation fees are fully refundable once Oasis Land Development Ltd confirms the cancellation of your reservation in writing.
Refunds apply only to the reservation fee and do not apply to any subsequent payments.
Refunds are processed in full, with no deductions or penalties.
3. Refund Processing Time & Payment Method
Once your cancellation is confirmed in writing, your refund will be processed within seven (7) working days.
Refunds are processed exclusively via Stripe, returned to the original payment method used at the time of reservation.
We do not issue refunds through alternative methods such as bank transfers, cheques, or cash.
The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Refunds are issued in USD; any differences caused by exchange-rate fluctuations or card-issuer fees are outside our control.
4. How to Request a Cancellation & Refund
To request a cancellation and refund, you must:
Submit a written request by email to compliance@oasis-land.com, including your full name, reservation details, and payment confirmation.
Await written confirmation from Oasis Land Development Ltd acknowledging the cancellation and approval of your refund.
Once confirmed, we will process your refund within seven (7) working days via Stripe.
If you do not receive confirmation within a reasonable timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us again.
5. Modifications to This Refund Policy
Oasis Land Development Ltd reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the Website.
Customers are advised to review this Policy periodically.
