About Oasis Land Development
Oasis Land Development Limited was incorporated in the Cayman Islands in July 2008 (Cayman Islands Company Registration No. 214607). Since then we have focused on one thing: helping international purchasers secure registered, buildable freehold land lots across Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman. Title to every lot is transferred into the purchaser's name through the Cayman Islands Land Registry.
What we are
We are a freehold land company. We sell registered lots and parcels with clear title. We are not a construction developer, and we do not contract to build homes on behalf of purchasers.
A note on company names
Oasis Land Development is sometimes confused with other organisations that share part of our name. We are a separate and unaffiliated entity from Oasis Beach Bay Developments, Oasis Beach Developments and Aura Wellness Developments Ltd, and from the UK student-accommodation company Oasis Properties. Any matters concerning those companies are not connected to Oasis Land Development.
How we protect purchasers
Every purchaser is encouraged to engage independent local counsel and to verify title directly with the Cayman Islands Lands and Survey Department before any payment. Our reservation fee is fully refundable, and a due-diligence period is built into the process before any agreement is signed. Full details are provided in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.

How does buying a freehold lot with Oasis Land Development work?
Purchasers reserve a lot with a fully refundable $250 fee, which holds the lot while a due-diligence period is completed. They then receive the Agreement of Purchase and Sale to review. Oasis recommends engaging an independent lawyer and verifying the land registry details. Once satisfied, the purchaser signs and completes AML and KYC checks. Title is transferred into the purchaser's name at the Cayman Islands Land Registry on completion.
