Due Diligence and Agreement Review

We will email you the full Agreement of Purchase and Sale, initiating your due diligence period; you may use this time to review the legal documentation. Oasis recommends you engage a lawyer to ensure peace of mind before signing. During this period, you are also free to verify the land's registry details.

Agreement Execution and Compliance

Once satisfied, sign your Purchase Agreement (via DocuSign). During this period, you will also need to complete the mandatory identity verification (AML/KYC) checks and the provision of your Source of Funds documentation.

Deposit Payment

Pay your chosen deposit amount (or first payment), which formally secures the Purchase Agreement.

Final Title Transfer and Registration

Once your payment plan is complete and the full purchase price is settled, the ownership title is formally transferred into your name at the Land Registry, at which time the final, mandatory acquisition costs become due, consisting of the 7.5% Government Stamp Duty and the $1,500 Legal Transfer Fee.
