Within the 10-day reservation period, review the Purchase Agreement and all legal documents. Our dedicated Cayman Islands advisor will contact you to answer any questions and provide clarity. You can specify your contact preferences at checkout.
Once satisfied, you'll pay your fixed deposit. The specific amount is clearly outlined in the payment breakdown for your chosen land listing, ensuring full transparency from the start.
After signing the paperwork, completing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, and paying your deposit, the Agreement is officially exchanged in the Cayman Islands. You then become the legal contracting purchaser of your land lot.
