Step 1 - Reservation Fee:

Choose your desired land lot on our website and click 'Reserve'. Pay the fully refundable USD $250.00 reservation fee, which holds your selected land lot off the market exclusively for you for 10 days.

Step 2 - Due Diligence & Consultation:

Within the 10-day reservation period, review the Purchase Agreement and all legal documents. Our dedicated Cayman Islands advisor will contact you to answer any questions and provide clarity. You can specify your contact preferences at checkout.

Step 3 - Fixed Deposit:

Once satisfied, you'll pay your fixed deposit. The specific amount is clearly outlined in the payment breakdown for your chosen land listing, ensuring full transparency from the start.

Step 4 - Exchanged Agreement:

After signing the paperwork, completing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, and paying your deposit, the Agreement is officially exchanged in the Cayman Islands. You then become the legal contracting purchaser of your land lot.

Step 5 - 0% Interest Payment Plan:

Spread the remaining balance over up to 6 years with our 0% interest plan. You'll make 72 fixed monthly payments. Your first payment begins two months after your Purchase Agreement is exchanged.

Step 6 - Transfer of Title:

Upon completion of all monthly payments, the full, unencumbered ownership title (Freehold) for your building land is officially transferred to you. Congratulations, you own a piece of paradise!

Step 7 - Legally Secure Your Land Lot (Caution):

After the Exchange of Agreements and once your individual block and parcel number is in place, you have the option to register a Caution with the Cayman Islands Land Registry. This legally safeguards your land lot, ensuring no unauthorized transactions can occur without your knowledge. Full details are in our Agreement, providing complete peace of mind.
