The shape of it is simple. You choose your lot, a fully refundable $250 reserves it for 10 days, and from there the plan is agreed directly with Oasis: a fixed monthly figure at 0% interest, for up to six years. No third-party lenders sit between you and your land, and you can clear the balance early at any point with no penalty.

Every listing shows the fixed monthly figure beside the price. After the final payment, the freehold title transfers into your name at the Cayman Islands Government Land Registry. There is no annual land or property tax in Cayman.
