Once you are happy to proceed, the $250 reservation fee will be deducted from your balance, and the remaining amount will be spread over the agreed term. The buyer purchases the land with up to a six-year interest-free payment term. Purchasers have a choice to take our 0% interest-free payment plan or pay for their purchase in full.

What is Included in the Price of the Project?

The price of the project includes a freehold building lot with comprehensive infrastructure. Here's what is covered:

What taxes will I need to pay on my land?

There are no land or property taxes in the Cayman Islands.
Stamp duty is charged at 7.5% of either the purchase price or current market value, whichever is higher, this is decided by the Lands and Survey Department.
