1. Introduction

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which Oasis Land Development Ltd (“Oasis Land Development,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes refunds for reservation fees paid through our Website, https://www.oasis-land.com (the "Website").

By making a reservation payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

 


2. Reservation Fee Refund Eligibility

  • Reservation fees are fully refundable only when Oasis Land Development Ltd confirms the cancellation of your reservation in writing.
  • Once a reservation is cancelled the refund process will be initiated.
  • Refunds are only applicable to the reservation fee and do not apply to any other payments.

 


3. Refund Processing Time & Payment Method

  • Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will process your refund within seven (7) working days.
  • All refunds will be processed exclusively via Stripe to the original payment method used for the reservation.
  • Oasis Land Development Ltd does not issue refunds through alternative payment methods, including bank transfers, cheques, or cash.
  • The actual time for the funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

4. How to Request a Cancellation & Refund

To request a cancellation and refund, you must:

  1. Submit a written request via email to customercare@oasis-land.com stating your full name, reservation details, and payment confirmation.
  2. Await written confirmation from Oasis Land Development Ltd acknowledging the cancellation and approval of your refund.
  3. Once confirmed, your refund will be processed within seven (7) working days via Stripe.

Note: If you do not receive a confirmation email within a reasonable timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us directly.

 


5. Modifications to This Refund Policy

  • Oasis Land Development Ltd reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time.
  • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review this Policy periodically.
