TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

This TOS is a legally binding agreement that shall govern the relationship with the users and other legal entities which may interact or interface with Oasis Land Development Limited (“Oasis Development,” “we,” “us,” “our”), in association with the use of our website https://www.oasis-land.com (the “Site”), which is owned, operated, and managed by us. By using the Site, you acknowledge and represent that you:

a) Have read and understand these TOS;
b) Are 18 years of age or older; and
c) Accept these TOS and agree that they constitute an agreement between you and Oasis Development.

 


2. Terms of Use

Please read the following Terms of Service (“TOS”) carefully. If you do not agree to any or all of the TOS, you are not allowed to access the Site or use any of the services. By accessing or using our Site, you hereby agree to be bound by all the terms stipulated herein and incorporated herein by reference. It is your responsibility, as the user, customer, or prospective customer, to read the TOS before proceeding to use this Site. The terms ‘you,’ ‘user,’ ‘customer,’ or ‘prospective customer’ may be used interchangeably in the TOS and shall refer to the same entity.

3. Changes to the Terms of Service

We may revise and update these TOS from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately upon posting and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised TOS constitutes your acceptance and agreement to the changes. You waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes. As a user of the Site, it is your responsibility to regularly review these TOS.

 


4. Fees & Payments

Oasis Land Development sells land and offers land sales, which may require payment through the Site for the reservation fee only. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Payments made on the Site are processed securely via Stripe, a third-party payment provider. Oasis Land Development does not store or have direct access to your payment details.
  • All prices displayed on the Site are in USD (or as specified at checkout).
  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by financial institutions or local authorities are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Payments must be made using accepted payment methods as displayed on the checkout page.
  • Oasis Land Development reserves the right to update pricing and fees at any time.
  • If a transaction is declined or flagged for fraud prevention by Stripe or your financial institution, we are not liable for any delays or non-processing of your payment.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is available upon request.

Oasis Land Development is a land development company in the Cayman Islands, offering a wide range of freehold land lots across all three islands, including oceanfront, ocean view, lakeside, and garden view locations. The Site provides access to land listings, real estate-related information, and details about our land development projects.

The Site is intended to assist prospective customers interested in acquiring land within the Cayman Islands. Prospective customers should be aware that purchasing land is a significant financial commitment. We strongly advise all prospective buyers to seek independent legal counsel before proceeding with any land purchase.

The Site and its contents are presented in good faith, and we have made all reasonable efforts to ensure that material available on the Site is accurate. 8. All Agreements & Paperwork Are Dealt with in the Cayman Islands

All agreements, contracts, and any associated legal documentation relating to land sales are processed, executed, and governed solely within the Cayman Islands. Oasis Land Development does not process agreements, documentation, or legal matters outside of the Cayman Islands.

 


9. Linking to Third-Party Websites

The Site may be linked to websites operated by third parties for reference and informational purposes only. We make no warranties or representations regarding any linked third-party websites and exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising in respect of any content on such websites.

 


10. Disclaimer of Warranties
